敖司堡公牛 Osborne Bull

敖司堡公牛源自一块广告牌,“超越广告的真谛,把广告和风景融为一体。”这款广告获奖无数,成为许多文化艺术活动的焦点。 时至今日,敖司堡公牛形象不仅在西班牙家喻户晓,而且已经作为西班牙国家形象而被世界各地熟识。

Initially a billboard, the Osborne bull “has exceeded its advertising sense and has been integrated into the landscape.” It has numerous awards and has been the focus of numerous cultural and artistic activities. Currently the Osborne bull is internationally recognised and certainly Spain´s most recognised symbol in the world.

公牛牌广告诞生于1983年,公牛之父是美国艺术家凯斯·哈林,在1996年拉瑞·马君诺摄影展中一炮而红,并参展了ARCO当代艺术博览会。

2000年它荣获AUS大奖,2003年被DDA协会誉评选为二十世纪最具代表性的设计。

2005年,50周年庆之际,50位国际知名人士重新对公牛进行设计和修饰。因它独道之处的设计在多次设计展中脱颖而出。

2016年是敖司堡公牛形象诞生60周年,作为盛大庆祝的一部分,一座包含公牛史料和各类相关艺术作品的博物馆全新落成。在此,您不仅可以领略敖司堡公牛的各种风貌,还能够欣赏到各国艺术家以公牛为题材而创作的艺术作品。

In 1983 the bull was decorated by the American artist Keith Herring, in 1996 it starred in the photographic exhibition of Larry Mangino and hosted the Contemporary Art Fair ARCO.

In 2000, it received the AUS Award and during 2003 it was chosen as the most representative design of the twentieth century by the Development and Decorative Arts partners.

In 2006, it had been decorated and interpreted by 50 international personalities on the occasion of its 50th anniversary. It had also been featured in numerous exhibitions devoted to graphic design

In 2016, Osborne has celebrated the 60th anniversary of the Osborne Bull with the inauguration of Toro Gallery, a brand new art gallery that includes hundreds of historical documents and celebrated interpretations of the Osborne Bull by world known international artists, celebrities and brands.
